di seguito riporto gli elementi significativi che ho potuto raccogliere sulla moneta di figura:

Zecca di Roma, Denario1, c. 65-66 d.C., RIC 1 60 (pag. 153), BMC I 90 (pag. 212), Cohen I 314 (pag. 300), indice di rarità "R".

Descrizione sommaria (sono indicate in rosso le parti della leggenda usurate o comunque non più leggibili):
D. NERO CAESAR - AVGVSTVS.2 Nerone barbato e laureato a destra.
R. SALVS in esergo.3 Salus drappeggiata, assisa a sinistra su un trono decorato, sorregge una patera con la mano destra mentre la sinistra è posata sul fianco.

In considerazione dello scarso dettaglio dell'immagine di figura non posso formulare un giudizio definitivo sull'autenticità. Tuttavia le caratteristiche fisiche e, per quanto si può capire, lo stile appaiono non difformi da quelli dei denari del periodo. Il valore venale della moneta, se autentica, non dovrebbe superare, nello stato in cui si trova, i 20-30€.

Si evince dalla tabella che le misure del denario di figura (3,18g, 17mm, 6h) rientrano nel campo di variabilità delle monete autentiche del periodo.
(2) NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS. Per il profilo storico di Nerone si rimanda alla voce relativa del portale dell'Enciclopedia Treccani on line.
(3) SALVS. Scampato alla cospirazione di Pisone, Nerone eresse nel 65, in segno di ringraziamento, un tempio dedicato alla Salute. La moneta ricorda lo scampato pericolo. E' con questo denario che la Salus fa il suo ingresso nelle monete imperiali ma non in assoluto nella monetazione romana dal momento che un denario di Mn. Acilius Glabrio del 49 a. C. (v. link) reca sul dritto la testa della Salus, forse a testimoniare l'esistenza di una cerimonia dello "augurium Salutis" di cui non si sa praticamente nulla ma che sarebbe continuata anche dopo quella data (BMC I, pag. clxxv).
