I conclude observing that the general and style characteristics of the coin in the figure are the same of the coins found on the web. The physical characteristics of the coin are missing and a comparative examination with the authentic coins of the period is not possible. In the present state of conservation, the coin, if authentic, is worth, in my opinion, not more than twenty euros.

Best regards.

(1) I report in the table below the physical characteristics of the folles found on the web:

Since there is no information about the physical characteristics of the sample under examination (weight, diameter, coin axis, reaction to the magnet), it will not be possible to carry out a comparative examination with the authentic coins of the period.
(2) CONSTAN-TINVS AVG. After Licinius'defeat in the battle of Crisopolis, September 18, 324, Constantine I had no more rivals while his reign extended over the whole Roman Empire. Hereditary princes, with the title of Caesar, were his three sons, Crispus, Costantinus, Costantius; on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of Constantinus'ascension, the dynastic vows of Constantinus family were celebrated, specifically the twenty-year vows of the founder and the ten-year vows of Crispus Caesar and those of Constantinus Caesar and the five-year vows of Constantius Caesar but no commemorative coin was issued in the name of Licinius, defeated but still formally in office until the following year.
(3) D N CONSTANTINI MAX AVG. VOT/XX (Domini Nostri CONSTANTINI MAXimi AVGvsti VOTa XX, i.e. "Twenty-Year Vows of Our Lord Constantinus Maximus Augustus). One may wonder what these vows were and how they should be interpreted. The emperor, coinciding with the anniversary of his accession to the imperial throne, could ask the gods to keep him in good health for a certain number of years, in this case we speak of "vota suscepta vicennalia", in exchange for a sacrifice which he would have fulfilled at maturity; or rather, twenty years after his ascent, he could fulfill a promise made twenty years earlier (we then speak of "solute vote"). The issue presented concrete economic implications since every five years, coinciding with the enunciation of the imperial votes, it was tradition that the emperor distributed to each soldier 5 solids and a pound of silver (the follis was considered silver even if it was poor of this metal), with the consequence that the Roman state, every five years, had to donate an estimated total of about 5.5 tons of gold and 80 of silver and consequently strike something like about 25 million folles (which explains why the coins of the vows inscribed in a laurel wreath are so common). Considering that the official ascent of Constantine dates back to July 25, 305, it is clear that the coins minted in 325 enunciated "vota soluta", that is, those due for the past twenty years of reign in good health, while the coins struck five years earlier referred to the "vota suscepta", those expressed in the hope of being able to live twenty years more. Finally, it should be added that the anniversaries of the ascent lasted a whole year, so that, e.g., Constantine was able to celebrate his twentieth anniversary in Nicomedia on July 25, 325 and in Rome exactly one year later.
(4) TSΓVI is the mint mark which consists of three parts, the mint name TS (short for TheSsalonica), the officina monetalis (Γ, in Greek 3), third of five active in the period and the sequence mark VI (v. link).
